Short Information :

 Central Selection Board of Constable (CSBC) has released online written examination result and cut off marks for recruitment to the post of Constable (Sipahi) in Bihar Police, Bihar Special Armed Police and other units for 21391 vacancy. The written examination was successfully conducted on following days 07th, 11th, 18th, 21st, 25th and 28th August 2024 across the entire state as per the notified examination center. All eligible applicants can download result online at CSBC official website csbc.bihar.gov.in from 14th November 2024 onwards for Constable recruitment in Bihar Police and other units.

Bihar Police Constable Result 2024 Notice
  1. Candidates securing less than 30% marks in the written examination will be declared unsuccessful for the physical efficiency test.
  2. The written exam will not be the basis for the final merit list. The written exam will only qualify for the physical efficiency test.”
  3. On the basis of marks obtained in the written examination, as many as five times the number of advertised vacancies will be selected for the physical fitness/efficiency test for each category as possible in the reservation category. In case of non-availability of sufficient number of candidates qualified for the physical test, the ratio of candidates may be suitably reduced by the Central Selection Board.
  4. It will be compulsory for the candidates selected on the basis of written examination to appear in the physical fitness test and qualify in it and no relaxation in the minimum prescribed standard of physical fitness will be admissible.

Bihar Police Constable Merit List 2024
The merit list for selection for appointment to the post of constable in Bihar Police / Bihar Military Police and other units will be prepared ‘jointly’ on the basis of total marks obtained by the candidate in the three events of physical efficiency test, viz. running, high jump and shot put.
